in Outlook 2000, an initial may be repeated in the Full Name field. CAUSE This problem occurs when the GAL entry has initials as the
first name. For example, a GAL entry with name "T K Jones" creates a contact
item as "T K K Jones." RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, obtain the latest
service pack for Microsoft Office 2000. For additional information, click the

have the following file attributes or later: STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is
