"Server Not Operational" Error Message When Entire Directory Is Selected (279345)

When you select "Entire Directory" from within any program that uses the Object Picker common dialog box, you may receive a "Server Not Operational" error message, or only a small list of well-known objects may be listed instead of the entire folder (directory).
