Wrong Error Message Received by Clients When Account Is Locked Out (279227)

When a Windows 2000 client tries to log on to a Windows 2000 domain that has an account lockout policy enabled and the user has provided enough bad passwords so that their account becomes locked, they may incorrectly receive the following error message:
Your account has been disabled. Please see your system administrator.
NOTE: Instead of the preceding error message, the following informational message should be generated:
Unable to log you on because your account has been locked out, please contact your administrator.
