Error 8002801D "Library not registered" During Index Server Query (279172)

SYMPTOMS

When you run a query against Index Server, you may receive the following error message:
error '8002801d'
Library not registered.

CAUSE

A library of the Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) is not registered correctly.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, reinstall MDAC.

You can install the latest version of MDAC from the following Microsoft Web site:
