When you try to add a new category by using the Catalog Editor in the Business Desk client, you may receive the following error message:

CAUSE
The Allow Per-Session Cookies (not stored) security setting in the Microsoft Internet Explorer security properties is set to disabled.RESOLUTION
To enable the Internet Explorer per session cache, follow these steps: - In Internet Explorer, click Tools, click Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.
- Click the appropriate zone, and then click Custom Level.
- For the Allow Per-Session Cookies (not stored) option, click Enable.
STATUS
This behavior is by design. The Business Desk requires that per-session cookies be enabled to operate correctly.
