SUMMARY

Remote Access Administrator (Rasadmin.exe) is the administrative tool that is used to manage Windows NT 4.0 Remote Access Service (RAS). You cannot manage a Windows NT 4.0 server that is running RAS from a Windows XP-based server because Rasadmin.exe is not available in Windows XP.
