XFOR: "Forward All Mail with Unresolved Recipients" Feature Does Not Work to All Hosts (278529)

When you use the "Forward all mail with unresolved recipients to host" feature on an SMTP virtual server in Exchange 2000, messages may not be delivered correctly. The e-mail messages may sit in the queue to the host that is specified in Exchange System Manager, and messages may be sent over and over again, which causes time-outs.
CAUSE
This problem can occur if Exchange 2000 sends the message in STNEF and does not send "CRLF.CRLF" properly to end the SMTP conversation. The receiving host might continually log warnings that indicate that the session timed out.
