When you open the Address Book in Outlook Express, and then click a group in the Folders and Groups list, some group members may not be listed in the right pane.

RESOLUTION

The "More Information" section provides three methods to add a member to a group. When you use Method 1 or Method 2 to add members, the members are displayed in the right pane when you click a group in the Folders and Groups list. When you use Method 3 to add members, members are not displayed in the right pane when you click a group in the Folders and Groups list. To ensure that you can see all members in a group, use either Method 1 or Method 2 to add members to your group.
