Event ID 4097 message occurs if you run the Move Mailbox wizard (278407)

SYMPTOMS

If you use the Move Mailbox wizard in Exchange Server, the following event ID message may be logged in the application event log in Microsoft Event Viewer:

Event ID: 4097
Source: Dr. Watson
Description
The application, exe\store.dbg, generated an application error. The error occurred on 10/24/2000 @ 9:41:42.854. The exception generated was c0000005 at address 780015cc (wcslen).

CAUSE

This issue may occur if there is a remote procedure call (RPC) problem on the Exchange Server computer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, make sure that Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6a (SP6a) is installed on the server.
