SYMPTOMS
SQL Server Profiler may not capture the "NT User Name" and "NT Domain Name" data columns for events if the connection associated with the event is made by a user from a standard security connection.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SQL Server 7.0. This problem has been corrected in U.S. Service Pack 3 for Microsoft SQL Server 7.0.
