ENT2001: Address Card Entries Do Not Import from the Netscape Address Book to Contacts (278301)

When you attempt to import address card entries from Netscape Communicator to Entourage, the address card entries are not imported after the process is complete.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because your address card entries are not in the default Netscape Personal Address Book.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, move the address card entries to the Netscape Personal Address Book, and then run the Entourage import tool again. To do this:
- On the Netscape Communicator menu, click Address Book.
- In the Directory box, click the Address Book that contains the address cards that you want to import.
- On the Edit menu, click Select All.
- Click the selected group of entries, and then drag the group to the Personal Address Book. The address cards are copied to the Personal Address Book.
The address cards will import as contacts to the Entourage Address Book. MORE INFORMATION
The Netscape Communicator Address Book provides a Personal Address Book, but also allows you to create additional address books. The Entourage import routine searches for addresses in the default Personal Address Book only.
