Blank .hlp File Is Installed During Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000 Setup (278216)

SYMPTOMS

When you double-click the Xlang.hlp file, which is found in the Program Files\Microsoft BizTalk Server\Docs folder, you encounter a blank Help window with no functionality.

CAUSE

Xlang.hlp contains no data. All of the information that was in Xlang.hlp was moved to the BizTalk_Server.chm file.

RESOLUTION

To obtain Help for BizTalk Server, open BizTalk_Server.chm.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000.
