OL2002: Right-Clicking the "Rules in Error" Dialog Box Moves It Behind the Outlook Window (278210)

When your profile is configured to display the Rules in Error dialog box, right-clicking the dialog box moves the dialog box out of view, behind the main Outlook window.
WORKAROUND
As a workaround, bring the Rules in Error dialog box to the front either by pressing ALT+TAB to cycle through the windows that are open or by clicking Rules in Error on the taskbar.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
