PIP: Border Becomes Thicker When You Resize a Rotated Shape (278189)

SYMPTOMS

When you resize a rotated shape in one of the programs listed at the beginning of this article by using the pointing device to drag the Resize handle inward, the border of the shape may become thicker.

RESOLUTION

To prevent this issue from occurring, press and hold down the SHIFT key while you drag the Resize handle with your pointing device.
