OL2002: Additional Time Zone Label Does Not Appear in Outlook 2002 (278177)

SYMPTOMS

After you create a label for an additional time zone, when you try to capture the new setting to Outlook 2002 through the Office Profile Wizard and then apply it through the Custom Installation Wizard, the label does not appear in Outlook 2002.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur because the Office Profile Wizard does not store the time zone setting and therefore does not apply it during setup.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
