OL2002: Error Message: Cannot Print Unless an Item Is Selected. Select an Item and Then Try to Print Again (278161)

When you try to print from Outlook, you may receive the following error message:
Cannot print unless an item is selected. Select an item and then try to print again.
This error message occurs even when you have an item selected.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because of a corrupted Outlook printer settings file.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, exit Outlook, delete the Outlook printer settings file, and then restart Outlook. To do this:
If You Have Microsoft Windows 95, Microsoft Windows 98, or Microsoft Windows NT- Click Start, point to Find, and click Files or Folders.
- In the Named box, type outlprnt. Verify that your entire hard disk is being searched.
- In the Look In box, click My Computer, click the Include Subfolders option, and then click Find Now.
- Right-click the file, and then click Delete.
- Close the Find dialog box.
If You Have Microsoft Windows 2000 or Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me)- Click Start, point to Find, and click Files or Folders.
- In the Search for files for folders named box, type outlprnt. Verify that your entire hard disk is being searched.
- In the Look In box, click My Computer, and then click Search Now.
- Right-click the file, and then click Delete.
- Close the Search dialog box.
