OL2002: Original Attendees Missing from Meeting List If Added Attendee Proposes New Time (278145)

SYMPTOMS

When you add an attendee to a meeting request and then send an update only to that person, if the added attendee opens the meeting request and then clicks Propose New Time, the resulting attendee list contains only your name and the added attendee's name. Other attendees' names and availability information are missing.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, click Send updates to all attendees when you add someone to an existing meeting.
