This article was previously published under Q278087

SYMPTOMS

After you install Microsoft Office 2002 on a computer that is running Exchange 4.0 for Windows 95 with Schedule+ 7.0, the computer may stop responding (crash) when you try to work with Schedule+ 7.0. This behavior can occur when you perform either of these procedures:
  • Run Outlook 2002, and in Windows Explorer, double-click Schdpl32.exe. Close and then restart Schedule+ 7.0.
  • Import a file from Schedule+ 7.0 to Outlook 2002.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because of version 4.0 of the Wmsui32.dll file. This file is part of Exchange 4.0 Client for Windows 95.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, rename the Wmsui32.dll file to Wmsui32.old.
