SUMMARY

When you import data from Microsoft Schedule+ to Outlook 2002, a progress indicator is not displayed. When you import large amounts of data, Outlook 2002 may appear to stop responding (hang).

Use the following steps to have Outlook 2002 display a progress bar when you import data from Schedule+:
  1. Click Start, and then click Run.
  2. In the Open box, type regedit, and then press ENTER or click OK.
  3. Locate and click the following key in the registry:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Import

  4. On the Edit menu, click Add Value, and then add the following registry value:

    Value name: ImportUILevel
    Data type: DWORD
    Value data: 1
    0 = No progress indicator (default)
    1 = Show progress dialog

  5. Close the Registry Editor.
