SYMPTOMS

When you use Windows 2000 Narrator accessibility tool to read appointments in Outlook Today, Narrator may not read the date.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if Narrator cannot focus on the day and date fields in Outlook Today.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, use Narrator to read appointments in the Calendar.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
