OL2002: Import Does Not Transfer "Group Details" Information from Outlook Express 5 to Outlook 2002 (278062)

When you import a Microsoft Outlook Express 5 address book into Outlook 2002, the only information that is imported from the Group Details tab is the data in the Notes box.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because the Outlook 2002 address book does not have the same fields that are in Outlook Express 5. The import omits information from the Street Address, City, State/Province, ZIP Code, Country/Region, Phone, Fax, and Web Page fields.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
