OL2002: The 'Private' Field Is Not Available for Appointments and Tasks (278047)

If you use Field Chooser to add custom fields to a table view, the Private field is not available under the All Task Fields or the All Appointment Fields boxes.
WORKAROUND
To workaround this behavior, click the All Contacts Fields box from Field Chooser. To do this:
- Open the Tasks folder in Outlook
- Right-click the Subject column, and then click Field Chooser.
- Click All Contacts Fields.
- Click Private.
- Drag the Private field to the column header.
