SUMMARY

When you uninstall BizTalk Server 2000, Microsoft recommends that you manually delete the Program files\Microsoft BizTalk Server directory (folder) before you reinstall BizTalk Server.

MORE INFORMATION

The BizTalk Server Setup program does not remove files from a directory that has changed during an uninstall or reinstall. If a different version of a file exists in the directory, the reinstall does not replace the file with the correct version during the installation.
