Visio2000: "Unable to Save Global Styles to IM3.STY ..." Error Message When You Quit Visio (277881)

When you use the Database Model Diagram template or a drawing based on this template and quit Microsoft Visio, you may receive the following error message:
"Unable to save global styles to IM3.STY.
The last version will be used next time."
Visio32 - Application Error

The memory could not be 'read'.
Click ok to terminate the application.
CAUSE
Visio tries to write the styles that are used in the current session to a file that is named IM4.STY. If this operation is not successful, Visio displays the error message that is mentioned in the "Symptoms" section of this article.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, clear the read-only file attribute from the IM4.STY file before you use the Database Model Diagram template. To do this, follow these steps:
- In Windows Explorer, select the IM4.STY file in the Windows program folder by clicking it once.
- On the File menu, click Properties.
- Click to clear the Read-only check box, and then, click OK.
NOTE: If you are unable to remove the read-only file attribute, you may be a user or member of a group with restricted file or folder permissions. Check with your system administrator to see whether you can obtain permission to read and write to this file.
