You May Not Be Able to Switch Back and Use the Terminal Services Manager (277689)

When you start the Terminal Services Manager tool in Minimized mode on the Windows 2000-based Terminal Server Console, Terminal Services Manager may blink on the taskbar, and you may not be able to switch back and use Terminal Services Manager.
CAUSE
This problem can occur in a console session, not in a Remote Desktop Protocol (RD) session.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem:
- Click Start, point to Programs, and then click Administrative Tools.
- Right-click Terminal Services Manager, and then click Properties.
- Change the Run: mode to "Maximized", and then click OK.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
