SYMPTOMS

If you use the On-Screen Keyboard in Microsoft Works Word Processor, letters or numbers may not appear on the screen. The keyboard may not function as expected.

The On-Screen Keyboard is an accessibility tool that is included with Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition and Microsoft Windows 2000.
