Performance Monitor Counters for Commerce 2000 Are Missing or Corrupted (277211)

SYMPTOMS

Performance Monitor counters may be missing or corrupted.

RESOLUTION

To reinstall Performance Monitor counters for Commerce Server 2000, manually re-register the following DLL files (located in the Commerce Server 2000 Install directory):

Csdwperf.dll
Csupmperf.dll
Csmarketingperf.dll

To do this, perform the following steps:
  1. Click Start, click Run, and then type cmd.
  2. Open the appropriate directory, for example cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Commerce Server.
  3. Type regsvr32 <dllname>.dll for each of the following DLL files (for example regsvr32 csdwperf.dll):

Csdwperf.dll
Csupmperf.dll
Csmarketingperf.dll
