In Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me), if you drag the mouse pointer while you are expanding any of the categories in the Network Diagnostics tool, you may receive the following error message:
Internet Explorer Script Error:
An error has occurred in the script on this page.

Char: 1
Error: Permission denied
Code: 0
URL: hcp://system/css/PCHealth.htc
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?
After you click Yes or No, the error message is repeated, but the line number changes from 14 to 16. Then when you click Yes or No, the error message disappears.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, do not drag the mouse pointer while you are expanding or collapsing the branches in the Network Diagnostics tool.
