Tool Tips Are Not Displayed for Functoids in the BizTalk Mapper Grid (276619)

When you move your mouse pointer over a functoid in the BizTalk Mapper grid area, tool tips are not displayed.
CAUSE
Tool tips are only present for functoids when they are displayed on the Functoid Pallet.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
