SYMPTOMS

When you try to download an album title by using CD Player on a Windows 2000-based computer, you may receive the following error message:
Unable to connect to album information providers. Check your Internet settings and try again

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if Ontrack Zipmagic 2000 3.0 is installed on your computer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, uninstall Zipmagic 2000 3.0 and contact Ontrack Technical Support to inquire about an updated version of the program.

You must uninstall Zipmagic to resolve the behavior. If you close Zipmagic, the behavior is not resolved.
