SYMPTOMS

When you play Microsoft Classic Board Games, the background music may not be played, even if the background music is turned on.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if both of the following conditions are true:
  • You selected the Minimum installation option when you installed the game.
  • The Classic Board Games CD-ROM is not inserted in the CD-ROM drive.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, insert the Classic Board Games CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.
