OL2000: Menu Options Do Not Display Correctly (276215)

When you click menu selections on the Tools menu in Outlook, the menu selections may be the wrong font size or they may appear to be cut off.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the Tahoma.ttf font file may be damaged and needs to be replaced.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, replace the Tahoma.ttf font file. To do this:
- Click Start, point to Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, then click System Information.
- On the Tools menu, click System File Checker.
- Click to select the Extract one file from installation disk check box, type tahoma.ttf, and then click Start.
- Insert your Windows 98 CD-ROM, click the black arrow that is beside the Restore From dialog box, click your CD-ROM drive, and then click the Windows 98 folder.
- In the Save File To box, type C:\Windows, and then click OK.
- Click OK when you receive the prompt to make a backup copy of the file.
- Close all windows, click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click the Fonts icon.
- On the File menu, click Install New Font.
- In the Add Fonts dialog box, double-click the Windows folder.
- In the List of Fonts box, click Tahoma font, and then click OK.
