When you are running InoculateIT Enterprise Edition version 4.53 by Computer Associates on Windows 2000, you may receive the following error message:
STOP 0x0000007f (0x00000008, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)
UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP
The parameters should be as listed in the error message for this particular issue.
CAUSE
This is a known issue with the InoculateIT drivers from Computer Associates for Windows 2000.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, update the drivers for InoculateIT Enterprise Edition by using the Computer Associates InoculateIT Driver Update utility. This utility is available from the following Computer Associates Web site:
