SYMPTOMS

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, apply the hyperlink to a different object or word than the HTML object.

STATUS

MORE INFORMATION

Because specific functions are applied to HTML objects, it is not recommended that you apply a hyperlink as a secondary function. The following HTML objects are available in Word 2001 for Mac:

  • Background Sound

  • Check Box
  • Option Button
  • List Box
  • Textbox
  • Submit
  • Reset
  • Hidden
For more information about creating HTML documents, click the Office Assistant, type HTML, click Search, and then click to view "About Creating Web pages and Web sites with Word".

NOTE: If the Assistant is hidden, click Help and then click Turn Assistant On.
