Commerce Server Business Desk only has the ability to create and start a Direct Mail job.

MORE INFORMATION

You cannot use the Business Desk Campaign Manager module to pause, stop, or delete a Direct Mailer job. To pause, stop or delete a Direct Mailer you must use the command line interface.
