SYMPTOMS

When you use the Osprey 500 card to capture video and/or audio, you may receive the following error message:
An unexpected error occurred with the audio codec. (0xC00D0BC3)

CAUSE

This problem is caused by a problem in the Otiyuv.dll file. The MMX state is not cleared before exiting one of the conversions routines in Otiyuv.dll. This can cause problems if floating point operations are being done on the same thread as MMX operations.
