SUMMARY

This article describes how to configure Outlook Express 5 for the Apple Macintosh to leave a copy of your incoming messages on the server. This allows you to download the same messages on more than one computer.

To leave a copy of your incoming messages on the Post Office Protocol 3 (POP3) mail server:
  1. On the Tools menu, click Accounts.
  2. Click the mail account for which you want to leave a copy of your incoming messages on the server, and then click Edit.
  3. On the Options tab, click to select the Leave a copy of each message on the server check box.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Close the Accounts dialog box.
