When you use Outlook Contacts to dial a contact's phone number, microphone or speaker phone features on your computer may not work.

The Outlook Contacts dialing feature is only designed to dial a phone number when you use the Microsoft Windows Phone Dialer feature. After you dial the number, pick up the handset of your telephone to talk to the contact.
Microphone or speakerphone capabilities are provided by third-party programs and are not supported by Microsoft.
