The information in this article applies to:
This article was previously published under Q274025 SYMPTOMS
When you use Outlook to publish a Calendar folder as a Web page, you may receive the following error message:
Invalid Sitename: [calendar filename].
CAUSE
This behavior can occur when you republish calendar changes to the same location.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, delete either the primary Web file (for example, the My Calendar.htm file) or the entire lower-level folder that contains the calendar Web files.
NOTE: Outlook creates the primary Web file and the lower-level folder with the same name.
MORE INFORMATION
This behavior can occur regardless of what naming convention you use for the location of the Calendar files. If you publish the Calendar file to an actual Web server (for example, Microsoft FrontPage or Microsoft Office 2000 Server extensions), you do not receive this error message. The error message occurs when you publish an Outlook Calendar file to your local hard disk or a network file server.
