SYMPTOMS
When you import data into Microsoft Excel 2000 using a Palm Pilot add-in, Excel may stop responding (hang). The same add-in may have worked in earlier versions of Excel.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because some versions of software for the Palm Pilot may not be compatible with Excel 2000.
WORKAROUND
