FIX: Multiserver Jobs Fail to Download on French Localized TSX (273584)

SYMPTOMS
A multiserver job will not download correctly when you use a French localized version of Microsoft SQL Server as a target server (TSX). The error log of the SQLServerAgent shows the following:
[298] Erreur SQLServer : 170, Line 1: Incorrect syntax near 'est'. [SQLSTATE 42000] (DownloadMSXInstructions)
[298] Erreur SQLServer : 105, Unclosed quotation mark before the character string ', 16, 1, @msx_version) END'. [SQLSTATE 42000] (DownloadMSXInstructions)
CAUSE
A resource string was incorrectly localized.
WORKAROUND
Use the US edition of Microsoft SQL Server as a TSX.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SQL Server 7.0. This problem has been corrected in U.S. Service Pack 3 for Microsoft SQL Server 7.0.
