ENT2001: You Cannot Use a Drag Selection Box to Select Attachments (273529)

When you open an Entourage message that contains multiple file attachments, you cannot use the mouse to drag a selection box around all of the items.
CAUSE
This behavior is by design. This behavior occurs because you cannot use a drag selection box to select attachments in Entourage.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, press CONTROL, click the mouse in the Message Attachment pane, and then either click Select All in the dialog box, or click Select All on the Edit menu.
