ENT2001: How to Save Multiple File Attachments from a Single Message (273520)

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, use one of the following two methods.

Method 1

To save all attachments without being prompted:

1. Click the message that contains multiple attachments in the message list.
2. Click Save All Attachments on the Message menu.
3. In the Choose a Folder dialog box, locate and click the folder location in which you want to save the attachments, and then click Choose.

Method 2

To use a context-sensitive selection to save all or only selected attachments:

1. In the attachment list of the message, hold down the CONTROL key, and then click the pointer in the list of attachments.
2. Click Select All.
3. Click Save. You are prompted to save each message.

NOTE: You can press COMMAND+SHIFT and click attachments that are not next to each other in the list if you do not want to select all of the attachments.
