XADM: DSAccess Does Not Unload After All Exchange 2000 Services Are Stopped (273449)

SYMPTOMS

After all Exchange 2000 services are stopped, the DSAccess.dll file is not unloaded, and cached information is not cleaned up.

RESOLUTION

To unload the DSAccess.dll file and clean up the cache information, you must either stop and then restart the Windows Management Instrumentation service (Winmgmt), or restart the Exchange 2000 server.
