XADM: Exchange IFS Cannot Open the Default Directory on the M drive (273166)

In Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server, when you access your Exchange folders using Exchange Installable File System (IFS), when you open the M drive in a command window, and attempt to open the default folder under the root of the M drive, you receive an "Access Denied" error message.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the Exchange Organization or Site name contains an asterisk (*).
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
