SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to print Web pages that contain frames either by clicking Print on the File menu or by clicking the printer button on the toolbar, Internet Explorer prints each frame individually.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.

MORE INFORMATION

The default option to print each frame individually is hard-coded into the browser and you cannot change the option through the user interface or by using an existing registry key.

To print selected frames, either right-click an area in the desired frame, and then click Print, or click in the desired frame, click Print on the File menu, and then click Selected frame.
