Conference Meeting Requests Are Not Listed in the Conference Resource Mailbox (273032)

After you successfully book a conference, the calendar item is not displayed in the conference resource mailbox.
CAUSE
After you successfully book an online conference, the Conference Management Service (CMS) makes a copy of the calendar item and stores it in its own mailbox, the Site Conference Calendar mailbox. The original calendar item that is stored in the resource mailbox is then deleted.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
MORE INFORMATION
The CMS logs on to each conference resource mailbox and monitors it. When the CMS finds a new calendar item for a meeting request, the service transfers this request to the Site Conference Calendar mailbox.
