Error Message: Cannot Delete Index. Access is Denied (273010)

When you attempt to delete the Content.ie5 folder (under your Temporary Internet Files folder) from the Folders Explorer Bar in Windows Explorer, you receive the following error message:
Confirm Folder Delete
The folder Content.ie5 is a system folder. If you delete it, Windows or another program may no longer work correctly. Are you sure you want to delete this folder and move all of it's contents to the Recycle Bin?
If you select Yes to delete Content.ie5 folder (or if it is deleted without displaying the above error message), it is recreated the next time you start Internet Explorer.
NOTE: If you have not selected the Display Delete Confirmation Dialog Box option in the Recycle Bin properties, a warning message is not displayed when you delete the folder.
When you try to delete the Content.IE5 folder from the Recycle Bin or empty the Recycle Bin, you receive the following error message:
Error Deleting File
Cannot delete Index. Access is Denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.
CAUSE
This error message can occur if you delete the Temporary Internet Files\Content.ie5 folder from the Folders Explorer Bar in Windows Explorer. This folder is a system folder that is used by Windows and is not typically visible in My Computer or Windows Explorer.
RESOLUTION
The Content.ie5 folder should not be deleted. If you have already deleted Content.ie5, restart your computer and then empty the Recycle Bin. The Content.ie5 folder should be recreated the next time you start Internet Explorer.
