WD2001: Unable to Replace Placeholder Logos in Memo Templates (272802)

When you follow the directions included on the business memo templates in the Microsoft Office 2001 for Mac Value Pack, you may be unable to replace the logo placeholder by selecting it and then inserting clip art or a picture from a file.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the logo placeholder in the memo template was made with autotext. You cannot replace autotext by selecting it and then inserting clip art or a picture.
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue and replace the placeholder logo with your logo, follow these steps:
- Select the placeholder logo, and then press the DELETE key.
- Click Picture on the Insert menu, and then select the source of your picture from the submenu.
- Insert the picture.
- Double-click the inserted picture.
- On the Layout tab, click in front of text as the wrapping style, and then click OK.
- Drag the picture to the location of the placeholder logo.
