When you copy notes from Microsoft PowerPoint 2001 for Mac, and then paste the notes into Microsoft Word 2001 for Mac, the text formatting may be unexpectedly changed. Specifically, both the font and paragraph formatting may be changed. For example, the font color may be changed from black to white or gray, and the paragraph alignment may be changed from left-aligned to center-aligned.
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, apply the correct font and paragraph formatting to the text after pasting it into Word.
